X-ray flux (GOES)
ClassB6.3
What this shows
Solar X-ray flux measured by the GOES satellites in two bands (0.05–0.4 nm and 0.1–0.8 nm), the basis of NOAA's A/B/C/M/X flare class scale. An M- or X-class flare can disrupt high-frequency radio on the sunlit side of Earth within minutes.
